According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that Kostad AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. The Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2021, ending on 31 December 2021, should be published until 31 May 2022 at the latest (five months after the end of the business year). Kostad AG published an ad-hoc-news on 19 May 2022 and announced, that the Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2021 will be published on 8 August 2022 presumably.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2021 of Kostad AG until 12 August 2022.
