The Vienna Stock Exchange records equity trading volumes of EUR 4.75 billion in October 2020. The most actively traded Austrian stocks were Erste Group Bank AG with EUR 756 million, ahead of OMV AG with EUR 594 million and Verbund AG with EUR 485 million. Year-to-date the equity turnover amounts to EUR 56.69 billion. This is a gain of 8.8% over the same period last year (Jan-Oct 2019: EUR 52.12 billion).
